If an expected email hasn't arrived in your inbox or spam quarantine, it may have encountered a delivery delay or server error. The Delivery Issues log allows you to view messages that experienced delivery failures or temporary delays when being sent to your email address.
Accessing the Delivery Issues Log
- Log in to login.antispamcloud.com.
- In the left navigation menu, go to Continuity > Delivery issues log - incoming.
Understanding the Log Information
The table displays recent delivery attempts and their results:
- Sender & Recipient: The email addresses of the sender and your account.
- Timestamp: The date and time the delivery was attempted.
- Delivery Response: The specific reason provided by the receiving mail server for why delivery failed or was delayed.
Common Causes and What to Do
- Temporary Connection Errors: If the error shows a temporary server failure or timeout, SpamExperts will automatically retry delivering the email periodically.
- Mailbox Full / Over Quota: If the log indicates your inbox is out of storage space, clear space in your email client so future retry attempts can complete successfully.
- Retry Delivery: Click the dropdown menu next to the message and select Retry delivery to trigger an immediate delivery attempt.
- Unresolved Failures: If the message repeatedly fails or displays a permanent error (such as a blocked address or invalid user), reach out to your IT administrator with the sender details and error message shown in the log.
