How to update your SpamExperts password

Update from the login page

To reset your password from the login page follow these steps:

1. Visit login.antispamcloud.com
2. Click Retrieve log-in link
3. Enter your username/email address.
4. Click Submit.

You will be sent a Temporary link to change your password. If, after a few minutes, you do not receive the email please check your Junk and/or Spam folder.

Update password within Control Panel

To update your password within the control panel, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to My Settings > User's profile.
2. Under Local credentials, set a New password and Confirm new password.
3. Click Save.
