How to set up Quarantine reminder notifications

To configure automated reminder emails using Email Scout Reporting follow the steps below:

1. Log in at login.antispamcloud.com.
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Protection > Spam quarantine.
3. Click on Email this search above the Query Rules panel

The Setup Email Scout Report dialog box is displayed in the Details tab. The following steps will guide you on setting up a daily quarantine reminder that will be sent at 9:00 am if an email(s) have been quarantined by the SpamExperts filter. If necessary, feel free to customize the report to meet your preferences.

1. The Subject field will default to Email Scout Report. Update as needed (ex. Quarantine Email Report).
2. From the Delivery dropdown, choose Weekdays at 09:00 (emails will be delivered at 9:00am).
3. Enter a Report name (ex., Quarantine Report).
4. Enter your email address under the Sender field (name@domainname.com).
5. For Template name select column.
6. Optional - Check Attach PDF if you would like a PDF version of the generated quarantine logs included in the email.
7. Click Schedule to complete the setup.

How to edit/delete Email Scout reports (ESR)

To edit an existing ESR report follow these steps:

1. Click Reporting > Email Scout Reports – incoming.
2. Use the Query Rules to filter the results. Click the dropdown to the left of the report you want to update and click Edit.
3. Make the necessary changes to the report and click Schedule to save your changes.
4. To delete a report, select the dropdown to the left and click Remove.
