If your email server experiences temporary downtime, maintenance, or connection issues, SpamExperts holds your incoming messages safely in the Delivery Queue rather than losing or bouncing them. Once your email server comes back online, SpamExperts automatically delivers all queued messages to your inbox.
How to View Your Delivery Queue
- Log in to login.antispamcloud.com.
- Navigate to Continuity > Delivery queue - incoming in the left navigation menu.
- Any messages currently waiting to be delivered to your email account will appear in the list.
Available Actions
- Manual Redelivery: If your mail server was recently restored, click the dropdown menu next to a message and select Retry delivery from queue to attempt immediate delivery.
- Check Status: Review when the next automated redelivery attempt will take place.
Automatic Delivery Retry Schedule
SpamExperts automatically retries queued messages at increasing intervals.
- First 2 Hours: During the first 2 hours, SpamExperts attempts delivery approximately every 15 minutes.
- 2–16 Hours: During the next 14 hours, delivery attempts become less frequent.
Retries begin at approximately 1-hour intervals, with the amount of time between attempts increasing by approximately 1.5 times after each attempt.
- 16 Hours–4 Days: After the first 16 hours, SpamExperts attempts delivery approximately every 6 hours.
These delivery attempts continue until 4 days have passed since the original delivery failure.
