This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
PRO Connect and Work users have the following options for sending an email to PRO vendors:
- Email through SignsearchPRO / Work
- Use your personal email (direct)
This selection is made by each individual user within their My Account section of PRO. To make this change, click on your Initials or Profile Image in the upper right > My Account > Email Preferences, and select your desired checkbox:
When sending email, I would like to use SignsearchPRO / Work Mail:
- Email is sent through PRO / Work Mail (from notifications@signsearchpromail.com).
- You can send the same email to multiple vendors simultaneously ("Group Email"). When sending a group email, each recipient receives a copy in a "blind copy" format, so no recipient is aware of any other vendors who may have also received the email.
- A copy of the email is sent to your personal email Inbox (e.g., Outlook or Gmail).
- A copy of all email communication sent through our servers is stored in your online account for team collaboration.
- The email correspondence can be job-specific, allowing for team collaboration.
- You can create custom merge-field-driven email templates to save time when communicating with vendors.
- Vendor can "one-click" within the email to indicate if they're interested in bidding on the job.
When sending email, I would like to use my personal email (direct):
- Email is sent through your personal email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).
- Email delivery is managed by your mail server (the PRO mail server is bypassed).
How to configure Outlook while using Direct Email:
- Ensure that Outlook is set up as your default Email Client on your device.
How to configure Gmail while using Direct Email:

- If you do not see a 2-diamond icon in the URL bar, navigate to chrome://settings/handlers within Chrome and ensure "Sites can ask to handle protocols" is enabled.
