This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
PRO Connect and Work users have the following options for sending email to PRO vendors:
- Email through SignsearchPRO / Work
- Use your personal email (direct)
This selection is made by each individual user within their My Account section of PRO. To make this change, click on your Initials or Profile Image in the upper right > My Account > Email Preferences, and select the your desired checkbox:
When sending email I would like to use SignsearchPRO / Work Mail:
- Email is sent through PRO / Work Mail (from notifications@signsearchpromail.com).
- You can send the same email to multiple vendors at the same time ("Group Email"). When sending communication via group email, each recipient receives their own copy of the email in a "blind copy" type format, with no recipient being aware of any of the other vendors that may have also received the email.
- A copy of the email is sent to your personal email Inbox (example Outlook or Gmail).
- A copy of the email is kept in your online account for team collaboration for all email communication sent through our servers.
- The email correspondence can be job specific, allowing for team collaboration.
- You can create custom merge field driven email templates, providing time saving communication to vendors.
- Vendor can "one-click" within the email to indicate if they're interested in bidding the job.
When sending email I would like to use my personal email (direct):
- Email is sent through your personal email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).
- Email delivery is managed through your mail server (PRO mail server is bypassed).
How to configure Outlook while using Direct Email:
- Ensure that Outlook is setup as your default Email Client on your device.
How to configure Gmail while using Direct Email:

- If you do not see a 2-diamond icon in the URL bar, navigate to chrome://settings/handlers within Chrome and ensure "Sites can ask to handle protocols" is enabled.
