Note: This feature is available only to PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Viewing emails
- Click on the Email icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- You have three email tabs here. Depending on the state of your email, you can view them by clicking the corresponding tab:
- Your Job Emails: Displays emails that were specifically linked to a Job.
- Your Other Emails: Displays emails that were not linked to a Job.
- Your Deleted Emails: Displays emails that were deleted.
You can view the email (Eye icon) or the Vendor's profile (Paper icon) by clicking the corresponding icon on the right of the desired Email.
Printing Emails
- Click on the Email icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- You have three email tabs here. Depending on the state of your email, you can view them by clicking the corresponding tab: Your Job Emails: Displays emails that were specifically linked to a Job.
- Select the email you want to print.
- Click on the view (eye icon) option in the email
- Click on the print option in the right corner.
Printing Emails from Jobs
- Click on the Jobs icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- Select the email tab within the job.
- Select the job for which your email(s) reside.
- Select the email you want to print.
- Click on the view (eye icon) option in the email
- Click on the print option in the right corner.
Importing Emails
You can also import emails from an outside source directly into your Jobs.
- Click on the JOBS icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- Select the Job in which you want to import your email(s) and navigate to the Jobs > Emails tab.
- Click Import Email, and select Copy Email Address. The email address for this Job will be copied to your clipboard.
- Go to your email client, open the email you wish to forward, and paste the copied email address into the recipient field.
- Send the email to complete the import.
The import process may take a moment to update. If you do not see your newly imported email(s) allow 1-2 minutes before refreshing the page.
