Adding a sender to the Allow List ensures that future emails from a specific email address or domain bypass spam filtering and are delivered directly to your inbox.
You can add a sender or domain to your allow list (or whitelist) using either of the two methods below:
Add from the Log View
You can quickly add a user to your allow list directly from the log results:
- Log into the SpamExperts Control Panel.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, select Protection > Logs - Incoming.
- Update Query Rules and click Show Results.
- Locate the message from the sender you want to allow.
- Click the dropdown menu icon to the left and select Add sender to allow list.
- This will open a pop-up to confirm the choice.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Add Manually via Protection Settings
If you know the email address(es) or domain(s) in advance and do not have a recent log entry:
- Log into the SpamExperts Control Panel.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, select Protection > Sender allow list - Incoming.
- Click + Add sender to allow list.
- Enter the exact email address (e.g., sender@example.com) or domain (e.g., example.com).
- Click Save to apply the changes.
IMPORTANT: Both methods described above will add the email address(es) or domain(s) to your unique email address. If you wish to whitelist a sender's address or domain for your entire domain (all email users @yourdomain.com) please contact support at vcgsupport@vcgcorporate.com or call us at 800-558-3054.
