Follow the below steps to enable read receipts:
- Log into Webmail - https://secure.myvcgmail.com/.
- Click on the More drop down near the top.
- Click on the Settings option.
- Within the Webmail card click the Request read receipts by default option.
- Click Save.
Follow the below steps to enable delivery receipts:
- Log into Webmail - https://secure.myvcgmail.com/.
- Click on the More drop down near the top.
- Click on the Settings option.
- Within the Webmail card click the Request delivery receipts by default option.
- Click Save.
