Follow the steps below to enable read receipts:
- Log in to Webmail - https://secure.myvcgmail.com/.
- Click on the More drop-down near the top.
- Click on the Settings option.
- In the Webmail card, click the "Request read receipts by default" option.
- Click Save.
Follow the steps below to enable delivery receipts:
- Log in to Webmail - https://secure.myvcgmail.com/.
- Click on the More drop-down near the top.
- Click on the Settings option.
- In the Webmail card, click the "Request delivery receipts by default" option.
- Click Save.
