VCG has provided default SPAM filter settings for your hosted email account, however, as a domain administrator, you may wish to adjust these settings to meet the specific needs of your domain users. You can learn more about SmarterMail's recommended SPAM settings by clicking here.
To adjust your SPAM filtering for your whole domain, follow these steps (administrative accounts only):
- Click on the More drop-down near the top.
- Click the Domain Settings option.
- Click on the Spam Filtering tab on the left.
- Within the Options section, select Override filter weights and actions for this domain.
- Click on the weight you'd like to adjust. For example, click on the "Low Probabilty of Being Spam" section. Here, you can put the weight you'd like and set the action for that weight.
To adjust your SPAM filtering for your email alone, follow these steps:
- Click on the More drop-down near the top.
- Click the Settings option.
- Click on the Spam Filtering tab on the left.
