Depending on the situation, our VCG Support staff may suggest joining a Microsoft Teams Meeting to either see your computer screen or to show you theirs. If so, you can follow these steps to join us:
- You should have already received an email with the meeting details from your VCG support member. If you're not sure where to find this, please reach out to the meeting coordinator or VCGSupport@VCGCorporate.com.
- In the email, click the "Click here to join this meeting" link. This email will also include your VCG Support member's contact information or conference phone number.

Suggested: By using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browsers, you can choose the Continue on this browser option.
- If you prefer, you can download it by clicking Download the Windows App. If you already have it downloaded, choose Open your Teams App.
- You can continue without video, audio, or microphone access. The email you received earlier will have the phone number details.
- Type your Name and click Join now to join the lobby.
- Your VCG meeting coordinator will admit you once the meeting starts.
Important note:
- You will need to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your internet browser, unless you opt to download the Microsoft Teams application.
