How do I change my satisfaction rating I left for VCG?

Changing a satisfaction rating you've left for VCG can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to the portal at myVCG.com.
2. Click on the Support navigation link.
3. Click on Check your existing requests.
4. Click the request you'd like to change the satisfaction rating for. If you don't see your request in "Open requests", click on "View your recently solved and closed requests".
5. As stated above, click the request you'd like to change the satisfaction rating for.
6. Click on "Change my rating".
7. Click on your revised satisfaction rating (Good, I'm satisfied) or (Bad, I'm unsatisfied).
8. Please add a comment.
9. Click Update.
