If you are navigating through the MyVCG portal and you get the Well, this is embarrassing.... message please try the following steps.
1. Check if the error text ends in a [w]. If not, continue to step two.
If the message appears like the image above you will need to provide us with your IP address [example: 123.346.789.10] - Click here to check your IP.
Once you know your IP address please send it to email@example.com with a short description of what page(s) you were working on.
2. If the error message does not end in [w] it can usually be fixed by clearing your browser cookies.
