While you don't have to elect to have your subscription automatically recur ("renew") with automatic payments, we strongly encourage you to do so. Since you can decide, at anytime, to cancel your account, you are in complete control of each and every "recurring payment" event. Allowing your subscription to recur automatically is one way of preventing any disruption to your service. Please note that if your subscription lapses for any reason, you will lose eligibility for your current pricing.
If your subscription is set to renew automatically and is an annual plan, we will notify you 25 days prior to the automatic billing event. Therefore, you'll have plenty of time to decide whether you'd like the services to automatically renew.
If you do not wish to have your subscription renew automatically, you can change your subscription settings to turn off auto-renewal, so that, unless you specifically tell us otherwise, your subscription will be cancelled at your next renewal. We will, however, notify you 25 days prior to your subscription being cancelled so that, if you wish to continue with your VCG services, you can provide payment.
