Unless prior arrangements have been made, VCG uses an automated billing system that requires a valid credit card to be on file at all times for payment processing.
We accept all major credit card providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If you'd like to pay for your VCG services by check, the following conditions apply:
- You must receive approval from VCG prior to subscribing to any VCG service
- We must receive payment prior to starting your VCG services
- Your account cannot automatically renew unless a credit card is also associated with it. While we will notify you by email within 30 days of the expiration of your services, we cannot be held responsible for services that are cancelled for non-renewal. Reactivation of cancelled services will require payment of the currently advertised price for those services.
- We cannot issue an invoice until we receive payment. We can, however, provide you with an email describing your VCG services and associated costs before you receive payment.
- You must pre-pay annually for your VCG services. Monthly billing does not qualify for the payment-by-check option.
