If your credit card expires or is declined for any reason, you'll receive an email notification from us to update your card information to avoid any disruption to your service. Please note that, in addition to a possible interruption of service, if your subscription lapses for any reason, you will lose the eligibility to maintain your current pricing.
If your account is not reactivated within 30 days, the data you've entered will be automatically deleted from our servers. Therefore, if you plan on resubscribing, it's in your best interest to do so within the 30 day grace period.
You can update your credit card information by logging into your MyVCG account (www.myvcg.com), click on Account > Subscription > Payment Info.
