This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Existing customers of yours can be exported to QuickBooks Online as new customers. Simply follow these steps to export a selected customer to QuickBooks Online as a new customer.
- Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- Click on the QuickBooks tab on the left.
- Under Miscellaneous Actions, select the Customer that you wish to export to QuickBooks Online as a new customer in the drop-down option to the right of " Export selected PRO customer to QBO"
- Click the Export button and confirm.
