Import singular selected QuickBooks Online customers as new customers

This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.

Existing QuickBooks Online customers of yours can be imported into PRO.  PRO allows importing individual selected QuickBooks Online customers or multiple customers based on their creation dates in QuickBooks Online.

Simply follow these steps to import a singularly selected QuickBooks Online customer into your PRO account.

1. Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Click on the QuickBooks tab on the left.
3. Under Miscellaneous Actions, enter the customer's name to the right of "Import a single QBO customer".
   
   * Note that QuickBooks Online sub-customers cannot be imported into PRO as new customers unless their main customer record is first imported.
    
4. Click the Search button.
5. Select the customer you want to import and select 
6. Your selected QuickBooks Online customer will be imported into PRO as a new customer.
