Import singular selected QuickBooks Online customers as new customers

This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.

Existing QuickBooks Online customers of yours can be imported into PRO.  PRO allows the importing of singular selected QuickBooks Online customers, or the importing of multiple customers based on their created dates in QuickBooks Online.

Simply follow these steps to import a singular selected QuickBooks Online customer into your PRO account.

1. Click on the Admin tab.
2. Click on the QuickBooks tab on the left.
3. In the second option presented, select the QuickBooks Online customer that you wish to import as a new Customer.
   
   * Note that QuickBooks Online sub-customers cannot be imported into PRO as new customers unless their main customer record is first imported.
   
   
4. Click the Submit button and confirm.
5. Your selected QuickBooks Online customer will be imported into PRO as a new customer.
