This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Existing QuickBooks Online customers can be imported. PRO allows importing individual QuickBooks Online customers or multiple customers based on their creation dates.
Simply follow these steps to import multiple QuickBooks Online customers into your account, based on their creation dates.
- Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left.
- Click on the QuickBooks tab on the left.
- Select the calendar icon next to the first option presented, labeled "Import all QuickBooks Online customers created since selected datetime into PRO as new customers".
- In the calendar pop-up, select the appropriate date. Be sure to also select the appropriate time, if important, by clicking on the Clock Icon.
- Click anywhere outside the calendar pop-up within the main window to close the calendar pop-up and display your selected "created since" date and time.
- Click the Submit button and confirm.
- All QuickBooks Online customers created since your selected datetime will be imported into PRO as new customers.
Note: When a customer name in PRO/Work matches a customer name in QuickBooks Online, the customer record in PRO/Work will be updated with the corresponding QuickBooks ID. No duplicate import will occur.
