Why are some of my user accounts missing?

Effective September 12, 2022, PRO Basic accounts will be limited to a maximum of three (3) users. If an existing PRO Basic account has more than 3 users on September 12, 2022 we will retain 3 users only based on the following criteria (with the remaining users being deleted):

1. The account owner
2. + Account administrators (in order of most recent login date if necessary)
3. + Any remaining non-administrator users (in order of most recent login date if necessary)
