What are SignsearchPRO Vendor Rewards?
SignsearchPRO Vendor Rewards ("Vendor Rewards") is a VCG-sponsored program that rewards PRO users with Amazon.com Gift Cards for selecting participating PRO vendors for a specific job. Click here to learn more.
Is Amazon.com affiliated with Vendor Rewards?
No. Amazon.com is not, in any way, affiliated with VCG, SignsearchPRO, or the PRO Vendor Rewards program.
How long do I have to wait to receive my reward?
The turnaround time is typically completed within 10 business days (usually sooner). There are a few steps to receiving your reward which can lead to longer response times.
- You request your reward
- Your request is forwarded to the PRO vendor for approval*
- You receive a response to your request (approved or denied) within 10 business days
- You redeem your reward(s) after they've been approved (a minimum of $10 in rewards is required before we can fulfil your request and send you the Amazon.com Gift Card1)
*VCG reserves the right to validate all reward requests by reviewing activity logs and reports.
How do I earn a reward?
Simple. You contact the eligible PRO through the vendor's SignsearchPRO profile by phone or email and then select that vendor for a specific job. You're initiating contact through PRO and then working with the vendor via your preferred communication channels.
VCG may validate that the contact was made through PRO by reviewing activity logs and reports.
How do I identify participating vendors?
Premium (paid) Vendors are eligible to participate in Vendor Rewards. Premium Vendors are identified in a search result by either green or blue marker pins. Participating vendors are identified by a blue or green header at the top of their PRO profile (mini or full profile).
When can I request my reward?
You can request your reward at anytime, but please remember that the vendor can deny your request for any reason (including waiting for payment). You must award ("work with") the vendor within 90 days of the date that you contacted them through PRO.
Are the gift cards transferable?
No. They can only be redeemed by the PRO user who requested the reward (the Amazon.com Gift Card is sent in digital format to the PRO user's email address).
Where can I get the status of my rewards account?
Log in to your PRO account and click on My Account > Reports.
Can I request that the reward be sent to someone else?
No. Rewards can only be sent to PRO users who have contacted you through your SignsearchPRO profile. VCG will validate that the contact was made through PRO by reviewing activity logs and reports.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. They expire 12 months after approval.
Can I request rewards from vendors I previously worked with?
No. You can only request rewards from vendors that you've contacted and worked with after the Vendor Rewards program was launched (October 4th, 2021).
I no longer work for the company that has the SignsearchPRO account. Can I still redeem my rewards?
No. You must be an active employee of the company to redeem your rewards.
