This feature is only available for PRO Connect Subscribers.
In order to be eligible for your reward, you must have contacted the vendor through their profile and then selected that vendor for a specific job. Please note that your request is subject to your vendors approval.
Requesting SignsearchPRO Rewards via the search option:
- Search for the vendor you've worked with.
- Click on their listing on the left-hand side. Within their mini-profile, if they're SignsearchPRO Rewards eligible, click on the PRO Rewards Vendor banner at the top.
- Go through the prompts accordingly.
- The vendor can either approve or deny the request. You will receive email notification of their selection. You're also able to see the status of your Vendor Reward within the My Account > Vendor Rewards tab.

Requesting SignsearchPRO Rewards via a Job:
- Navigate to the job you've awarded to the PRO vendor. If you're not sure how, click here to learn.
- Click on the Bids tab on the left-hand side.
- If you haven't already, award the bid to the vendor.
- Within the row of the vendor you've awarded the bid to, click the Request Reward link.
- Read the prompt and check the box if you used PRO to select this vendor for a specific job. Then click Next.
- Click the Request Reward link within the Status column and follow the prompts.
- The vendor can either approve or deny the request. You will receive email notification of their selection. You're also able to see the status of your Vendor Reward within the My Account > Vendor Rewards tab.
