VCG will sponsor eligible Premium Vendors with Amazon.com Gift Card1 rewards starting at $10 once per 12 month period. VCG provides every eligible Premium Vendor with the following rewards to provide to their approved clients (PRO users):
- Premium Vendor = two (2) $5 rewards, or
- Extended Advertiser (Sponsor Listing or Sponsor Ad) = two (2) $10 rewards
PRO vendors are invited to continue their participation in Vendor Rewards by purchasing additional rewards. Rewards are purchased in $10 increments.
How do I purchase additional rewards?
To purchase additional rewards, please submit your request via email and a Customer Support representative will contact you.
Do the rewards that I purchase expire?
No.
Are the rewards that I purchase refundable?
As long as the request is made while your account is in good standing, yes. To request a refund, please submit your request via email.
