This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Important: All users can turn off all notifications or turn off notifications for specific jobs. If they have their notifications turned off, they will not receive any notifications from SignsearchPRO or Work:
How Task Notifications work:
- Whenever a task is "Assigned to" a User(s), that User(s) will receive an email notification that they've been assigned a task. This can be done via the task board, calendar, or task list.
- Whenever a "Comment" is left on a Task, all "Users" on that Task will receive an email notification for the Comment. This can be done via the task board.
- Whenever a task is marked "Completed", all "Users" on that Task will receive an email notification of the completion. To mark a Task as "Completed", check its circle via the Job's Task List or My Tasks page. You can also mark it as "Completed" via the Task Board by setting its "Progress" bar to 100%.
How Job Notifications work:
- Whenever a new Job is created, all Users on that Job Team will receive an email notification.
- Whenever a "Job Lead" is assigned or updated, all Users on that Job Team will receive an email notification.
- Whenever a "Note" is added to the Job's "Notes" tab, all selected Users on that Note will receive an email notification.
