Vendors have the option to enable SMS text notifications for their Signsearch profiles. If the vendor has enabled it, you'll see a "Send Text Message" link within the contact information on their profile. If you're not sure how to view vendor profiles, click here to learn how.
- The contact information associated with your PRO User account will be sent to the vendor with your text message. To update this, click on your Username in the upper-right, then choose the My Account option.
- Vendors can choose how to respond to your request (via email, phone, etc).
- You will only see the "Send Text Message" link if the vendor you're viewing has that option enabled.
- They may have multiple contacts, ensure you click "Sent Text Message" under the contact you want to text.
