If your website was created after April 22, 2019, and you would like to submit new or additional photos, we strongly encourage you to provide them per our image specifications.
Unless otherwise requested, we will use the images (photos, logos, etc) as submitted. Please note that most of the new website designs require additional re-working of images. Our services include the reworking of these images during the original website build for the major pages of the site. However, reworking of additional images (gallery images, etc) is not included in the complimentary service.
If you'd like us to optimize the images there will be a flat creative service charge of $250 (not to exceed 120 images). We will request your approval for this additional service prior to starting any work.
If you have any questions regarding images or the free upgrade, please contact the support team at VCG.

Image Specifications
It is likely you will be working with raw photos taken from a camera or mobile device. These photos will need to be resized to work with your chosen design. When resizing please crop to the specified pixel (px) width and height (example: 747px wide by 500px tall).
To further optimize your photos we suggest keeping the file size below 100KB for quicker page loads. Note that, for web viewing, a resolution of 72dpi is recommended.
Image specifications may vary based on the design you've chosen for your website. Please reference the following list of design specifications when optimizing your website images:
Optimize for website
You will want to provide your images optimized for web viewing. This ensures quick load times when your customers are viewing your website.
Optimize for Retina Displays
If you wish to optimize your images for retina displays please double your image size. For example if your design calls for 747px (wide) by 500px (tall) images you would send 1494px (wide) by 1000px (tall). Image optimization applies here as well - when possible try to keep images below 100kb. Note that, for web viewing, a resolution of 72dpi is recommended.
