This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Important: If your account is connected to QuickBooks Online, you will not have access to the online quote approval process feature in SignsearchPRO/Work. Instead, you'll use QBO's "Estimating" features.

How to send a quote approval request:
- Click on the Quotes tab and find your Quote. Note: You can use the search and filter options near the top to easily find your quote.
- From within the Details or Products and Services tab, click on the Review and Send link in the upper-right.
- Update the To: field to be the recipient's email address.
- Optional: Setting up Email Templates for frequently sent emails is a great time-saver. Admins can set up company-wide email templates, and everyone can set up their own personal email templates.
- Update the content of the email as necessary and attach additional files if needed.
- Note: You will see a preview of what you're emailing on the right-hand side of this pop-up.
- Once done, click the Send button at the bottom. This will immediately send the email to recipients in the To and BCC fields.
What does the recipient receive?
Before you send the email, there will be a preview of the email you're sending. The email will include a link to view the quote. While viewing the quote, they can approve or decline it. They will be required to specify who is submitting the decision and include a related message. There will also be a link to a PDF version of the quote that they can save.
How will I know if the quote is approved or declined?
Once the recipient approves or declines the quote, you and they will receive an email notification of the quote status. This email will also include who updated the status and any message they'd like to provide. The quote's status will also update to Approved or Declined.
Can I filter my quotes by status?
Yes, from the Quotes tab, click the Status filter near the top to filter your visible quotes. You can filter using the Accepted, Declined, Sent, and n/a filters. The "n/a" status indicates it has not yet been emailed.
Can I see timestamps for when the quote was sent, approved/declined, or viewed?
Yes. To do so, click on a quote and click the Review and Send link in the upper-right. Here, you'll see a time stamp for each stage of the quote approval process.
