The cancellation of your account will result in the removal of any website or any VCG-hosted email accounts associated with your domain name on the effective cancellation date. You are fully responsible for backing up all related information related therein. Also, please understand that any website and email accounts associated with your domain name may not be accessible, and email information for those accounts may be lost until you have restored sufficient hosting to support your domain name.
If you wish to re-subscribe to VCG's website services in the future, you will incur a $350 charge for creating your website (custom pages or design work may result in additional charges). Our free website design service is available only to first-time customers. We have a 30-day grace period for keeping your information. After 30 days, your information (email/website/store/custom products, etc.) will be permanently removed.
