This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
PRO allows you to add your own contacts to a vendor's profile. The contact information will only be visible to your company's users.
To add a contact:
- Click on the vendors PRO profile. If you're unsure of how to search for a vendor, click here for our Search like a PRO user guide. Note: Work Subscribers view their vendors within the Vendors tab near the top.
- Click on the PRO Details tab.
- Click on the Plus (+) icon in the far right side of the Contacts section.
- Add your contact details and then Submit.
Note: You can continue to add more contacts in this area, however, only one contact can be set as the "Default Email" contact. If you'd like to learn more about the default email setting, click here for our how to designate a specific vendor email address user guide.
To edit a contact:
- Click on the vendors PRO profile.
- Click on the PRO Details tab.
- Click on the edit (pencil) icon in the top-right of the desired contact.
- Edit your contact details and then Submit.
