This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
PRO allows you to add your own contacts to a vendor's profile. The contact information will only be visible to your company's users.
To add a contact:
- Click on the vendor's PRO profile. If you're unsure of how to search for a vendor, click here for our Search like a PRO user guide. Note: Work Subscribers view their vendors within the Vendors tab near the top.
- Click on the PRO Details tab.
- Click on the Plus (+) icon in the far right side of the Contacts section.
- Add your contact details and then Submit.
Note: You can continue adding contacts in this area; however, only one contact can be set as the "Default Email" contact. If you'd like to learn more about the default email setting, click here for our " How to Designate a Specific Vendor Email Address user guide.
To edit a contact:
- Click on the vendor's PRO profile.
- Click on the PRO Details tab.
- Click on the edit (pencil) icon in the top-right of the desired contact.
- Edit your contact details and then Submit.
