How to set Print Descriptions Default.

This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.

1. Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left
2. Click on the Item Manager tab on the left.
3. In the Items Manager, click on the Settings icon on the top navigation bar.   
4. Here, we can enable or disable the print quote description, purchase order description, or invoice description. 

Note: The flags are defaulted to off. 

With print descriptions enabled, quotes, invoices, or purchase orders will print showing the item descriptions. Disabling this feature prevents item descriptions from appearing during printing.
