How to enable COI expiration notices to your PRO Network connections

This feature is only available for PRO Connect Subscribers

If you would like to send COI expiration notices to your PRO network vendors, follow the steps below. Note: You must be an administrator to make this change.

1. Click on the Admin tab near the top.
2. Click on the Settings & Preferences tab on the left-hand side.
3. Click on the Vendor Notifications section at the bottom to expand it.
4. Check the following boxes to enable that setting:
   • Send COI expiration notices to sign vendors
   • Send COI expiration notices to other industry vendors
5. Click the Update Settings & Preferences button at the bottom to save.
