PRO user accounts can only be created and managed with a business domain email address (ex. yourname@yourdomain.com).
Here are a few reasons to support our policy:
- Since you don't own the domain for your free or ISP-provided email address, you have no control over their delivery policies
- Free email domains often have policies that can cause delivery issues. These are meant to prevent email scams, but can still cause problems for legitimate senders such as PRO
- Helps make your entire online presence more recognizable to your audience and may improve the delivery of your email
- Allows us to associate user accounts under the same PRO company account
