How to no longer send automated notifications of expired COIs for other industry vendors

This feature is only available for PRO Connect Subscribers.

If you no longer want PRO to send automated email notifications about expired Certificates of Insurance (COI) to your other industry vendors, please follow these steps. Note: You will need to be logged in as an administrator in order to do this:

1. Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Click on the Settings & Preferences tab on the left.
3. Click on the Vendor Notifications header to expand it.
4. Un-check the "Send COI expiration notices to other industry vendors" check box.
5. Click the Update Settings & Preferences button at the bottom.

If, on the other hand, you'd like PRO to send automated email notifications to other industry vendors whose COIs have expired, ensure this box is checked.
