This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
To use this feature make sure to enable the Tracking / Costing option - Learn More.
Track time from any page:
- Click on the Clock Icon in the upper-right next to your Username.
- Select the Customer, Location, and Job that you'd like to track your time to.
- Select or enter a task description.
- Click the Start Clock button.
- Once done, click the Stop Clock button.
Track time from the job:
- Click on the Jobs tab near the top.
- Click on the job you'd like to track time for.
- Click on the Time Tracking tab on the left.
- Select or enter a task description into the Task field.
- Click the Start Clock button.
- Once done, click the Stop Clock button.
Enter time manually:
- Click on the Jobs tab near the top.
- Click on the job you'd like to track time for.
- Click on the Time Tracking tab on the left.
- Enter the Task, Date, and Hours in the Manual Time Tracking section.
- Click the Add Time button.
Notes:
- If you're tracking time to a job, then start tracking time to a new job, it will automatically stop the time tracking on the previous job.
- You can manually enter negative time values if needed.
- You can convert your Time Tracking into a PDF by clicking the Print Time Tracking link in the upper-right
