This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
To deactivate a customer:
- View the customer.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the upper-left of the screen.
- Deselect the Active checkbox at the bottom.
- To save the change select Update Customer.
To view or reactivate in-active customer:
- Click on the Customers tab near the top.
- Click the in-active customers link in the upper-left. Here you can see all your inactive customers.
- Click on the customer you'd like to activate.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the upper-left of the screen.
- Select the Active checkbox at the bottom.
- To save select Update Customer at the bottom.
