This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
To deactivate a customer:
- View the customer.
- Click Edit at the top-right of the screen.
- Deselect the Active checkbox at the bottom.
- To save the change select Update Customer.
To view or reactivate in-active customer:
- Click on the Customers option and click the in-active customers link at the top.
- Here you can see all your inactive customers.
- To reactive click View Customer, select Edit and select the Active checkbox.
- To save select Update Customer at the bottom.
