To enable/disable support access, follow these steps.
- Click the Local tab at the top.
- Navigate to the Admin tab in the top navigation.
- Select the Support tab on the left.
- Click the slider to enable or disable support access.
- Select the time frame in which you'd like to have support access enabled.
Signsearch support members will no longer be able to access your company's PRO instance after the time frame expires.
