If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your auto-renewal for your subscription, follow the steps provided below. Please note, however, that if your account is not set to auto-renew and your subscription lapses for any reason, you will lose eligibility for any discounts that may be applied to your account.
- Click on the Account tab at the top.
- Click on Subscriptions.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your account. This will vary depending on your current subscription.
