How to blocklist a vendor

This feature is only available for PRO Connect Subscribers.

Note: Any vendor that is blocklisted will no longer be displayed in a by location or by job search result for any of your company's users, and they will automatically be removed from your Network if applicable.

You can blocklist Vendors from appearing in your searches by:

1. Click on the Admin icon in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Click on the Blocklist tab on the left.
3. Type in the Vendor Name.
4. Choose the State or Province in which they reside.
5. Click Search.
6. Their profile should display, and you can then click the Blocklist link to prevent this vendor from appearing in your SignsearchPRO searches.
7. Once you click Blocklist, you'll be prompted to verify this. You'll do so by reading the prompt, then click Yes - Blocklist this Vendor.
8. You will then see this vendor listed at the bottom of your blocklist tab.

You can un-blocklist (whitelist) Vendors that you've blocklisted by:

1. Click on the Admin icon on the left.
2. Click on the Blocklist tab on the left.
3. Click the Remove Blocklisting link to the right of the vendor you'd like to whitelist.
4. Once you click Remove Blocklisting, you'll be prompted to verify this. You'll do so by reading the prompt, then clicking Yes - Remove this Vendor from my Blocklist.
5. You will no longer see this vendor at the bottom of your blocklist window, and the vendor will then appear on your search results when applicable.
