This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
VCG support services will import your user list.
You may provide your data in Excel or CSV format. See the sample file Import_Users.xlsx attached below (Column order must remain unchanged).
Notes:
- Mobile phone is a required field for all users if you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of login security for your company's users.
- We cannot import user passwords. When attempting to log in for the first time, each user will be required to complete the online "reset my password" process.
Available fields for import, with required fields noted in bold and by *:
First Name *
Last Name *
Title
Email *
Phone *
Extension
Mobile Phone * (used for account security via two factor authentication)
Permission Type (can be set later, but options include Administrator, Account Manager, Project Manager, Project User). Default setup is Project Manager unless stated otherwise. Please refer to this KB article for User permission settings.
