Follow these steps:
- Log in at myVCG.com.
- Click on Account at the top.
- Click on the Company Users option.
- Click edit (pencil icon) on the contact you'd like to update.
- Ensure that the Mobile Phone field has the phone number you'd like to receive the texts.
- Check the SignsearchPRO Text SMS Opt-in box.
- Click the Update Contact button at the bottom.
Important notes:
- The PRO User will now have an option to either text or email you their request.
- This option is enabled at the "Contact" level. You can have multiple contacts showing on your Signsearch profile(s).
- You can easily identify these texts by reading the bottom portion, "Sent via SMS messaging in SignsearchPRO".
- Standard text rates apply.
- This only applies to your SignsearchPRO Profile.
