This issue has been resolved. We will continue to closely monitor this while performing the final stages of the server migration.
Thank you for your patience.

October 22nd - Comcast has flagged our mail servers from delivering mail to Comcast email accounts. All email that is sent to Comcast email addresses by our mail servers is, by definition, transactional email. That is, it is email communication relating to business transactions between buyers and sellers.
While we've always been able to eventually have Comcast support remove such flags, Comcast support is not only slow to respond, but they are not able to provide us with any assurances that mail will be delivered in the future. Dealing with Comcast support is time consuming and frustrating experience, and detracts from our ability to provide best-in-class support to our users.
We take email deliverability very seriously, and need to ensure that we're doing everything we can to provide seamless communication between buyers and sellers.
While we will continue to support Comcast email addresses, it is with the unfortunate disclaimer that in the event Comcast blocklists our mail server you will not be able to receive email in a timely manner, if at all. Comcast may impose significant delivery delays or the refusal for delivery, and there's really nothing we can do to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. We will do our best to communicate this to you when / if it happens, but the fact that communication is delayed makes the exercise problematic. We will, however, publish all such announcements here in our Support Center: https://vcgcorporate.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/115001234263
We strongly encourage you to consider utilizing another email address for your VCG services. Ideally it will be a professional business domain email address that represents your company. Alternatively, you may consider creating a Gmail address.
If you have any questions regarding issues relating to email delivery to your Comcast email address please contact Comcast, as there's nothing we can do to help in that regard.
Thanks.
