VCG offers integration services to provide a secure, one-way* "push" (synchronization) of job detail data from your CRM/ERP to your cloud instance. Integrations are offered for CRM/ERP providers with available API solutions that expose the necessary information or, assuming the availability of the requisite expertise at your end, can be custom built.
Data synchronization provides convenience and consistency by automatically creating your CRM/ERP projects or jobs in your account, thus removing the need for manual entry of job-specific information. To your users, your CRM/ERP jobs would simply appear and be immediately accessible for vendor sourcing without them having to do any duplicate manual job-related data entry.
* While basic integrations are restricted to data flowing one way only, that is job information being pushed from your CRM/ERP into PRO, when your users "award" a job in PRO to their selected vendor, a data sync of this specific selected awarded vendor's information can also be pushed from PRO back into your CRM/ERP (assuming that PRO has been granted the necessary append / update privileges to do so).
