How to archive or reactivate a Quote

This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.

To archive a Quote:

1. Click on the Quotes tab at the top.
   
2. Click on the Quote you'd like to archive. Note: You can filter your quotes by using the filtering options in the upper-right.
3. Click the Details tab.
4. Click on the Archive link in the upper-right.
5. Click the Yes, I understand - archive this quote button.

To reactivate a Quote:

1. Click on the Quotes tab at the top.
2. Click on the (archived) link in the upper-left near the Search bar.
3. Click on the Quote you'd like to reactivate. Note: You can filter your quotes by using the filtering options in the upper-right.
4. Click the Details tab.
5. Click the Reactivate Quote link in the upper-right.

Note: Setting a quote's status to "Archived" will make that quote "read only" - all quote details and assets will remain accessible, but no further changes or additions will be permitted to be made. An archived quote can be re-activated at any time, at which time it ceases to be read-only.
