This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Quote items can be organized in custom categories. You can create as many categories as you'd like, but at least one category is required to create a quote item. Examples of categories include Banners, Cabinet Signs, Vehicle Wraps, Equipment, Hourly Rates, etc.
To Create a Category in Quote Manager
- Click on Admin > Quote Manager.
- Click on CATEGORIES in top sub-nav.
- Click on Add New Category.
- Enter a name for the new category.
- Click Create Category.
To Edit or Delete a Category in Quote Manager
- Click on Admin > Quote Manager.
- Click on CATEGORIES in top sub-nav.
- Search for the category and click on the edit (pencil) or delete (trash can) icon. Note that you cannot delete a category that has items assigned to it. You will need to first delete the items (or reassign to a different category) before deleting the category.
