This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.

Quotes can be printed or sent as a PDF attachment in email (you can choose to send email through your personal email (direct) or through PRO/Work in your Email Preferences setting).
To send a quote via email:
- Click on the Quotes tab at the top.
- Click on your desired Quote. Note: You can use the filter options in the upper-right.
- Click the Preview Quote / Save as PDF button in the bottom-right in Quote Builder.
- Save PDF to a location on your local computer or network.
- Click the email (envelope) icon in top right corner of Quote Builder (in the Quote Details pane).
- Click Email in top right corner of the details page
- Depending on your Email Preferences, the email link will either open your local email client or your PRO/Work mail form.
- If using your local email client, fill out the email and attach the quote PDF from the location you saved the file.
- If using PRO/Work mail, you can select a saved email template or complete the form information as necessary, browse to attach the quote PDF file from the location you saved the file, and then Submit (we recommend you check the "BCC me on this email" checkbox to send a copy to your local email client).
