Can I add a <script> tag to my website?

No. The <script> tag is a very powerful tag that can allow somebody with the correct knowledge to drastically impact the look and even integrity of a website and even a web server. While we don't believe any VCG customer would intentionally upload a <script> that would harm anything, we have chosen to take the safe route by not allowing it. This is a necessary precaution, to make sure a harmful <script> isn't accidentally uploaded. This policy is in place to protect every customer of VCG.

But, if a <script> is necessary for your website, VCG can add that <script> for you. Our team of expert developers will inspect your <script> code to ensure it's safety, and once it's been approved, one of our Client Success Managers can add that script to your website. More often than not, we can do this free of charge.
