We are pleased to announce the second major build release for SignsearchPRO in the last year. Due to the feedback we've received from users like you, and our commitment to making PRO your go-to for sourcing qualified sign vendors and managing your jobs, we've made some significant user interface and feature updates!
Note: These new features require a SignsearchPRO Connect subscription.
New features introduced in this build:
- Job Costing: Record all costs associated with your job.
- Time Tracking: Track time spent on jobs from your phone or desktop.
- Job Orders: Print job orders for customer sign-off or job reports.
- Job Filters and Stages: Better mapping with additional filters and job stages.
- Job User Management: Add a sales representative, assign a Job Lead, or create a Job Team.
- Job integration from the Calendar: Link your jobs to the Calendar for at-a-glance scheduling.
- Job Dispatch: Send jobs to techs in the field via email or text.
Interface updates introduced in this build:
- Significant updates to interface and features available while accessing SignsearchPRO from your mobile device.
- Interface updates to the pages you see when you view or edit a customer, job, or location. This new interface allows you to view more detailed information in one place.
- The "My Network" tab is now the "Vendors" tab.
- The Job "Status" is now Job "Stage".
- The Job "Assigned to" label is now "Job Lead".
- We've removed Job Start and End dates and replaced it with "Due date".
