How to edit navigation categories

The main navigation display contains the navigation links for the primary sections of your Website. You can determine which links are shown in this main section of your Website, as well as modify the order in which your navigation items will appear.

To turn a navigation link on or off:

1. Click on the Website tab at the top, which will bring you into the Site Admin page.
2. Scroll to Main Navigation Display.
3. To turn a navigation link off, uncheck the checkbox.
4. To turn a navigation link on, check the checkbox.
5. lick Save Changes.

Modify the order of navigation links:

To modify the order, using your mouse, drag and drop the navigation categories up or down to determine the order in which they appear.

Set Home link to an external URL:

Your Website is provided with a Home navigation link. You have the option to set the link to direct the site visitor to an external URL (a web page on another site). For example, you may have two Websites, one is www.myfirstdomain.com, and the other is www.myseconddomain. com. If your VCG Website is www.myfirstdomain.com, you can direct any visitor to your second Website from the Home link on your VCG website to direct them to www.myseconddomain.com.

To set your Home link to an external URL, simply select the checkbox, enter the URL in the window (include www, but no http://), and choose to open the external URL in a new window (a new window will open in the visitor's browser), or in the same window (the visitor will leave your VCG Website to go to the external URL in the same browser window).
