This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
Please contact us to inquire about establishing a data synchronization task with your company's existing CRM / ERP systems to automatically pull Customers (aka Accounts, Clients), Locations (aka Sites) and Jobs (aka Projects) into your instance.
Once you've reached out to VCG support and we've enabled this data sync feature for you. You can access it by following these steps:
- Click on the Admin tab near the top.
- Click on the Data Sync - Settings tab on the left.
- Click on the Connection section to review your API connection information.
- Click on the Schedule section to manage your synchronization schedule.
