This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
You can archive a job by following these steps:
- Click on the Jobs tab near the top.
- Click on the job you want to update.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Job Details section.
- Click on the Stage drop-down and choose Archived.
- Click the Update Job Details button.
Note: In the list view (click the icon in the upper-right to go to list view), you can archive up to 10 jobs at a time by checking their box in the Action column. Then, click Action > Archive.
You can unarchive a job by following these steps:
- Click on the Jobs tab near the top.
- Click the (Archived / Cancelled Jobs) link in the upper left to view your archived / cancelled jobs.
- Click on the job you'd like to unarchive.
- Click Reactivate Job in the upper right. This will prompt a notification window, read the notification and click Yes, I understand. Reactivate this Job.
Note: In the list view (click the icon in the upper-right to go to list view), you can reactivate up to 10 jobs at a time by checking their box in the Action column. Then, click Action > Reactivate.
To verify this has been unarchived, you can click back on the Jobs tab and you should see the project under Your Active Jobs.
