This feature is only available for PRO Connect or Work Subscribers.
You can archive a job by following these steps:
- Edit the job.
- Under the Status Drop Down on the right, select the Archived option. This will prompt a notification window to pop up. Read and click Close.
- Click the Update Job button a the bottom of your screen.
Note: In the list view (click the icon in the upper-right to go to list view), you can archive up to 10 jobs at a time by checking their box in the Action column. Then, click Action > Archive.
Archiving awarded steps:
- Edit the job.
- In the upper-right section of the job details select Archive Job.
- Confirm your request by selecting Yes, I understand - Archive this Job.
To verify this has been archived, click back on the Job tab, then click the (Archived / Cancelled Jobs) link in the upper left to view your archived / cancelled jobs.
You can unarchive a job by following these steps:
- Click on the Local tab at the top.
- Click on the Jobs option.
- Click the (Archived / Cancelled Jobs) link in the upper left to view your archived / cancelled jobs.
- Click the View Job button under the job you'd like to unarchive.
- Click Reactivate Job in the upper right. This will prompt a notification window, read the notification and click Yes, I understand. Reactivate this Job.
Note: In the list view (click the icon in the upper-right to go to list view), you can reactivate up to 10 jobsat a time by checking their box in the Action column. Then, click Action > Reactivate.
To verify this has been unarchived, you can click back on the Jobs tab and you should see the project under Your Active Jobs.
